This project proposes to reconnect the City of Buenos Aires and the Río de la Plata offering a new and memorable image of the Argentinean Capital.

This urban  intervention offers an integrated urban- architectural vision, recognizes its unique urban history and introduces a public dimension to the site inventing the future of the City of Buenos Aires.

The urban structure of the project  reconnects the site to the urban fabric of the city. This urban matrix pays particular attention to  each n a particular city every situation outside the area, so the existing carefully weaving the project and the City to the Rio de la Plata, fusing one and another through successive and interrelated community spaces and building an urban profile common.

The project area is conceived as a unique urban part of the City. The structure of this fragment of city is made from the transformation of the historic North Dock into new metropolitan Plaza.
